I took this photo in the Finger Lakes Region in Upstate NY. I am a self taught photographer, always learning.Time
This is one of my favorites photo's. I took it in the early afternoon. This was before the fall colors hit full peak.Lighting
The only lighting I used was from the sun peeking thru the clouds.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 70D with an 18-135 mm lens no other equimpment was used.Inspiration
I have family down south that miss the fall colors. I was driving by this spot and decided to stop and grab a quick photo to send them. The colors and the reflection of the trees and the homes were perfect.Editing

Don't wait, if you see a picture you like snap it. I have made the mistake thinking it will get better or fussing with camera and have missed great shots. Sometimes you just need to aim the camera and take the picture. Don't overthink it.....
