Have you applied any Photoshop filters to the picture? It resembles an Italian Renaissance painting!

I did indeed. The image consists of six photographs stitched together to create a very long panorama; I applied a distressed paper filter I’d created earlier, another to simulate water damage. One needs to take care not to overdo /overwhelm the original image and turn it into a backdrop for digital effects. It took a while, (definitely ‘play time,’), but it hit a nerve when I knew it was complete. I’ve had this image printed twice, each framed using the same materials. One lives in a very nice home amid a collection of beautiful art and antiques. Fits right in. The buyer invited me to participate in its hanging.
