Location
This picture was taken at Place de la Bastille in France. I took this picture on a whim, hoping it would look good. I've found from personal experience that photographs taken on a whim are often some of the most amazing ones.Time
I don't know the exact time of the morning I took this, but I remember having to leave the hotel room early enough that I was upset with my parents for scheduling something so early in the morning.Lighting
It was just the early morning lighting! I didn't do anything special. France worked its magic and I just captured a moment.Equipment
This photograph is older and I don't remember which camera I used. But I didn't use a special lens, tripod, flash, etc. Just a simple point and shoot.Inspiration
My family was walking through the tunnels together. I'm generally trailing behind because I stop to take so many pictures, but I couldn't see my brother ahead of me so I turned around to find him and found this picture instead. I instantly fell in love with the repeated archways and the shadows cast on the ground.Editing
No.In my camera bag
I have a few different lenses and an external flash.Feedback
Don't be afraid to take pictures on a whim. Don't talk yourself out of taking a picture because you don't know if it will even look good. That's the exact time to take it! Take a chance.
