A very good composition as you have the three lines converging in the distance where there is a valley between the hills. The railway the path and the fence. However following the rule of thirds in my view there is perhaps too much sky especially in the top half where there is little or no cloud , perhaps try a crop of that bit of sky so the valley sits about on the line in the rule of thirds and see maybe it will work or not
