This is a photo that I took while walking downtown one day. Pictured is the intersection of Pikes Peak Avenue and Nevada Avenue located in Colorado Springs, CO. In the photo you can see a variety of buildings all of which are homes to many businesses, shops, and the like - many are locally owned but there is are the few franchised businesses as well. Downtown Colorado Springs is a very family friendly area by day, and a lively and interesting area by night. The best of all though, is the glorious view that can be seen from almost every part of town - Pike's Peak.
