Location
this was taken in a small fishing village called Mevagissey in Cornwall where my sister lives . This is the lighthouse that the fishermen see last of all as they leave the harbour .Time
This was taken at about 8.00 at night , Christmas night to be precise when absolutely noone was about !!Lighting
I took the shot on a long exposure to get the light shining , as its intermitent . also so i could get the light just shining on the floor of the harbour .Equipment
taken with a Nikon d7000 with a Nikon 18-55mm lens on a tripod , as its a long exposure .Inspiration
Love night photography anyway but love this lighthouse , so amalgamating the 2 was a no-brainer !Editing
just sharpened it up a bit !In my camera bag

just if you see what you like , photograph it , take your time to get it right , if at first you dont succeed etc etc . long exposures , have a tripod !
