On a rainy day at the boat races, the only thing available for photo opportunity was the umbrella of the fellow in front of me. In the original, the sky was completely blown out. Added clouds, with a slight tint, places focus on the droplets. I also tried this in B-W but the scene changed to one of a surreal seascape with buoy floating on the horizon. All a matter of preference.
