What was once under water... We desperately need rain!
On my way home from a road trip to Seattle last year. After driving up the coast and seeing all the beautiful rivers, lakes and ocean, this... made me cry. I stopped at Shasta Dam Visitor Center and talked with a woman who works there. She was telling me about the snow fall on Mt Shasta 3 days prior and how it wasn't nearly enough to be of any significance in the lake.
