This was taken at a Christmas picnic with our Dance School. it was December (summer in Australia) and all the young teens had new bathing suits, so they were going to swim no matter that it was cooler than expected.
They all made their way out onto the edge of the ocean pool and stood there gathering the courage to take the plunge, which they did - but in the meantime I had the chance to get this photo, which is an iconic Aussie shot
