The moon is an amazing sight, especially from my back yard in south Mississippi. This night in particular, I was so awe struck by its beauty, I got my Manfrotto out and spent a good hour outside trying to capture just the right shot.
This was before I upgraded to my Canon 70D & new lens. Despite having little to work with, I used my Canon Rebel with a 55mm-250mm 1:4-5.6 IS II Zoom Lens and maximized its use to my best ability. Photoshop helped some, too.
