Wait it's Tunesia, been there aswell. I thought Jema el Fnaa in Marrakesh, but it hasnt got an amfitheatre

El Djem in Tunisia is famous for its Roman amphitheatre built in 238 BC by Emperor Gordian. It could seat 35000 people and is the third largest in the world. Well done for the photograph and thanks for sharing
