This was taken years ago with a small Kodak point and shoot. I remember the day, but not the year, it was taken: Thanksgiving morning. The trees were up against the east side of an old grey garage that was going to be rehabbed. That meant these trees were going to be cut down. I waited for a clear sky morning to catch the early light before the sun came up and washed all the texture out. I often point out that the trees were not only joined together as one, but it was also a double ring ceremony.
