Behind The Lens

Location

Kaiyukan Aquarium in Osaka, Japan on one of my trips.

Time

It was daytime and this is one section of the aquarium that is really dark only lighted are the aquarium tanks.

Lighting

I was a newbie in photography back in 2011. So, I was playing with all kinds of settings and angles. I love manual settings cause it gives me the ability to manipulate and control my camera.

Equipment

I took the shot handheld with my first camera the Canon T2i with a Tamron lens 17-50mm 2.8. No flash.

Inspiration

Not much to be honest. It's really my interest.

Editing

No. It is an original copy. I never knew about post-processing before, until I was introduced to it in 2015. But still, I don't really use post-processing on a daily basis even I have one. I still believe I can capture photos in its natural setting with its beauty and essence and less editing or better not.

In my camera bag

Everything I need.

Feedback

Always take the time and take as many shots as you want with different angles and settings then compare and pick one you think is the best. And never miss an opportunity. It always happens once.
