This photo was taken while out for a walk to my local pond I noticed it and thought it would be a nice capture.Time
I took this photo at about 2 in the afternoon.Lighting
The lighting seemed good for not casting too much shadow but still allowing for bokeh.Equipment
I used an Olympus E30 with a kit lens and handheld as this made it easier to get the position I wanted.Inspiration
I just liked the way it was sunning itself.Editing
The most processing I did was a crop and white balance adjustment.In my camera bag
I normally carry a Panasonic G5 with a 14-42mm lens and an Olympus omdem 10 with a 40-150 mm lens.Feedback
Just take a chance you never know the shot you might end up with may be better than the one you were after.
