Behind The Lens

Location

this photo was taken in my backyard, a flower in one of the many planters that we have for pretty decoration

Time

It was probably around mid afternoon, I was walking around the backyard and I saw the flower and thought it would make a great photo opportunity.

Lighting

no, it was daylight, and I zoomed in to get a better view so it would be a good picture

Equipment

I used my trusty Kodak AF 3x optical camera

Inspiration

I love taking pictures of flowers because they are natures beauty, so I liked a close up view of a purple flower that was growing in the pot on my porch.

Editing

no

In my camera bag

my Kodak camera and not much else, I don't have a professional camera so all the pictures I've taken and put on here are from the Kodak camera or my new phone, which i'm really glad that I now have so I can take pictures at a push of the button.

Feedback

Take multiple shots of the same item, it's pretty helpful and allows for different views or chances to catch the right shot. If it seems like you need a closer shot or different filter then do it, the zoom and potential use of sepia or black and white filters will either work out or not, just try it and if you don't like it then just delete the photo. All in all just take pictures of things you love, a flower makes for a great picture, so take the time to enjoy what is growing in nature.
