Very Moving. As a Veteran myself these memorials are always a soft sport for me.
Photographically, The composition could benefit from a sharper angle and or a smaller aperture (Higher f number) The depth of field is so small that the letter closest to the camera are out of focus and beyond the y in county it its out of focus. But for the title one might find it difficult to understand what they are looking at.
Art is subjective and I, as a photographer, tend to like darker photos. This photo feels a bit too over exposed.
