I frequently drive up to Dallas Divide in the dark hoping for a great sunrise over Mount Sneffels and the San Juan Mountains. More often than not I don't get what I went there for, but can usually get something else. This morning was pouring rain and heavy fog. I couldn't even see the mountains, but the colors of the aspen were super saturated by the rain and fog. I was happy to go home with this shot!
