I noticed that the CTA trains were not coming completely onto the loading platform due to some construction. This meant that when the train stopped, it would still remain in view. I would stand there to time the first train. Finally I setup my tripod for this shot. When the train arrived, an employee got off and asked me for my permit. Permit?? He told me that a permit was required in order to have a tripod on the passenger loading platform. I figured playing dumb was the best course of action. Besides... I already had my shot.
