Even though I love natural lighting and outdoor photos, playing in the studio is an amazing way to capture beauty at any time of day and allows you to learn how to manipulate light. The emotion in this photo is so dead, which is what makes me adore it so. The way the light hits her face, it allowed me to bump up the contrast, making her look even more careless and angry than initially intended.
