Wow! This is an amazing photograph. You captured some stunning contrasts: light and dark, color and monochrome, smooth and texture, curved and linear. Very well done. Have you considered employing a varying neutral density filter that would allow you longer shutter speeds and still get good exposure. It might help get more texture in the sky.
