Do you ever work with any ND filters? To me the blur in this phototure is right in between 'motion' (a slight blur) and 'light trails' (longer exposure creating streaks). With this cool view of the intersection an ND filter and exposure of a 3 or 4 or even 10 seconds would be very interesting to see.
