Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at my studio in Pawtucket RI.

Time

Early morning.

Lighting

The light is a simple one light set up. I placed the light 3 feet from Toshia's Right side and placed a grey V Flat on her left about one ft away.

Equipment

Lighting used was a Paul C Buff Alienbee 800 with a westcott Zepplin. Camera used was the Hasselblad H4d-40 with 80mm prime (kit lens) haha yeah I laugh when I say kit lens. shot a 1/125 F8.0 ISO 100 tethered to Hasselblad Phocus processed in Adobe LR.

Inspiration

Honestly there was no inspiration at all. I'm one of those people who never makes a plan or has any idea before a shoot.

Editing

Post was done 95% in Lightroom. I hate using photoshop (Sorry Adobe) I just never really got along with PS. The 5% I did use PS was just to remove a few hairs no real skin retouching.I just love simple
