Sept 2011. Canon Powershot SD4500 IS. The Wheel of Brisbane is located in the Parklands @SouthBank in the heart of the cultural, lifestyle, and entertainment district. Completed in August 2008, the wheel is a Bussink R60 transportable Ferris wheel, standing at 197ft. It's passenger capacity totals at 336 with 42 air conditioned capsules. The ride lasts for about 12 minutes and provides incredible views of the city and Brisbane River.
