This is an old concrete hull of an ocean going vessel. This boat hull was purchased by a clever and crafty gentleman over 20 years ago, had it shipped to Central California - a couple hundred miles away from the ocean. His objective all those years ago was to refurbish the boat as a yacht for his family to vacation and travel in along the Pacific Ocean coast, as his oldest daughter had relocated to Alaska. The total lack of interest from the rest of the family dashed his hopes and his exuberance about the project. Thus, this vessel has sat in the same place for over two decades, dreams forgotten and left for naught. The gentleman finally died of old age approximately 6 months ago. The hull still stands. The photo was shot in HDR and edited in Photomatix.
