Behind The Lens

Location

colin best nature reserve guernsey, Channel Islands

Time

This shot was early in the morning, it was over cast the sun trying to break through the fog. there was also spoonbill here as well I was waiting ages for the right light for the spoonbill and seen this little guy on the side of the pond just had to get a few clicks :)

Lighting

dull and over cast :(

Equipment

canon 7D,lens was sigma 50-500mm great lens. no tripod just resting on bean bag.

Inspiration

Right time and moment as every one

Editing

A small bit of lightroom room bring the whites up a bit and drag the contrast as well.small amount of Clarity I do not normaly use this much, its just it was such an overcast day, remove chromatic aberration, and profile corrections

In my camera bag

canon std lens18-55mm always my trusty sigma 50-500mm tripod beanbag.

Feedback

sit back and enjoy every thing! take a flask of tea/coffee with you! there are so many diffrent settings, just alot of practice and patient
