This Black-throated mango (Anthracothorax nigricollis) hummingbird was seen at the Asa Wright Nature Centre, Arima Valley, Trinidad. From beak to tail it displays the black feathering of its throat, very unique and a beautiful design, which is common to all hummingbirds.
