"Old Burnt Oak" in Yosemite Valley, Yosemite National Park, California. I was snowshoeing
in the valley. I had my backpack with my camera and tripod and was stoping, shooting, and composing every shot. I walked around some trees and O.M.G. there it was I had found this old burnt oak and the setting was OUTSTANDING. I photographed this old burnt oak tree for about 30min. I love it, it was back lit with a light ground fog. You could see the mountain peeks in the background. I shot about 20 shots at all angles. many friends asked where was it. I gave them directions to the spot.
But know one would ever see it. The old burnt oak tree had fallen down one month after I photographed it.
