Location
Sevierville, Tennessee, At Quailridge Inn Bed and Breakfast. It was on the railing of their front deck.Time
It was around 0800 hour, before breakfast. The Innkeeper had recently put food in the birdfeeders and there were many happy birds around.Lighting
It was cloudy then, and the brightness of the snow all around made a mystically well-lit scene.Equipment
I used my Nikon 5200, my 55-300 telephoto lens. I did not use a flash. It was hand held.Inspiration
I love nature, the beauty all around us. I love to "capture" animals in their natural setting. I like to find the art made by natural things.Editing
I may have cropped slightly, and may have adjusted the color a little, to try to make It look like my eyes saw it. I don't like to change the beauty of nature by trying to make it something that it is not.In my camera bag
My Nikon, a standard and a telephoto lens, three camera batteries, two chargers, extra memory cards, cords for connections, lens cleaners, flashlight , a remote, and towels to protect and pad it all.Feedback
