I found this flower in a temple compound and randomly clicked. I did not plan to change much of the camera settings and never knew it would result in such a beautiful shot. I also did not do much of the post processing except increasing a little brightness. I am unaware of the flower name and searched for it but could not find what it is called.

This photo was taken in outdoor garden of a temple situated in small cantonment area of Raiwala in Uttrakhand state of India.Time
I still remember that summer evening. It was during evening hours and I was there for a walk with my wife and 5 Months daughter. I was enjoying there photographing my family in the outdoors with river Ganges in the background, just adjacent to Rajaji Tiger Reserve, a forest area in the vicinity. I just clicked this picture without knowing that this will create such an impact. I realized the real beauty when this picture started getting praised by people all over.Lighting
This bunch of flowers was next to the backside wall of the temple and it was quite shady. Besides, it was evening hours so the light already had started going low. I did not even try to create any light on it, I thought to go with the flow and keep the background dark.Equipment
This was shot using Nikon D 5200 camera with Tamron 16-300 MM Lens.No tripod as I usually do not carry tripod with me. The camera was handheld.Inspiration
I am more into wildlife photography and a bit of landscapes. I am not very much into portraits or any other kind of photography for that matter, however, I keep trying my hand in those areas. As soon as I saw this bunch of flowers, I just clicked without any special thoughts in the mind and just wanted to add one more shot in my category of flowers.Editing
I am not very much knowledgeable with technical aspects of post processing. Thus, I usually just go and click auto correct button to auto adjust the colors or shades. I did the same with this however, not much change was required or happened in this one due to dark colors. In my camera bag
Currently, I have 2 cameras. Nikon D and Nikon D. I use Nikon D 5200 with Tamron 16-300 MM Lens and D500 with Nikorr 200-500 MM Lens for wildlife photography. Along with that, I always prefer to keep extra pair of batteries for both of them, my cleaning kit (too much dust in forest) and not to mention the chargers and power bank.Feedback
There is too much of nature in India. Beautiful landscapes and colorful fauna and flora. When it comes to flowers, I would prefer to keep their natural texture and colors.
