On the virgin anticline near a navigation arrow there is an outcrop of rock with a cairn built on top of it. This offers a good anchor for photos of dramatic clouds and windswept desert. This particular evening had high winds, cold winter temps. great clouds, and to top it off a rainbow to the east as the sun was setting.
