Grand Teton Milky Way
The Tetons are some of the most iconic mountains in the world. When I started into photography they were one of the first places on my bucket list. And while the views from the east side are amazing and easily accessible, I wanted to get something different, a different view. I hadn't ever seen many photos from the west side of the Tetons so I started researching trails and places to hike to get a good view. About a year ago I found out about Table Mountain, which gives you a spectacular view of Grand Teton.
I knew I had to go in June or early July in order to get the milky way rising above the Tetons just right. I was able to get up there last weekend with an old high school buddy (pictured) and get the shots that I had envisioned for over a year.
