Excellent colors and ambient! You could turn this into an excellent shot by straightening the horizon, but the datestamp would then be hanging, right? I'd solve this by re-framing: cut off the datestamp area, and level the horizon using "perspective correction tool", e.g. by drawing down the right lower corner until the ocean becomes horizontal. After that, I'd probably crop the image to 16:9 format.
A tip: switch off the datestamp altogether! You have all the data within the picture Exif, anyway. Cheers! :)

The colors are amazing. Watch your horizons. When they're off they can throw off your shot.

won't be long before all the water runs into all the buildings especially the way the horizon is tilted... with the PowerShot, you should find a "GRID" setting. Experiment with clear horizons like this. I had to tilt my camera slightly in relation to the grid to get perfectly level horizons. The camera is only a tool... perfect how to use it to your advantage.
