Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was shot in Svalbard

Time

Afternoon. The sun is back after 4 months of darkness

Lighting

The sun is low in the horizon. It makes a perfect, soft light. I prefer mornings and afternoons in the arctic

Equipment

This was shot with a Nikon with a 70-200 lens.

Inspiration

I was inspired by my own fear. I wanted eye-contact with the bear

Editing

No post-processing

In my camera bag

I carry around with a couple of Nikon-cameras. The 70-200 is a must but I also love my 20mm.
