I took this Photo in my parents garden over Summer. I am new to Photography, and I saw these beautiful Yellow Roses in their garden after it had rained, and took this photo.Time
It was taken late morning, the day had cleared after the rain and there was some nice light to take the photograph with some raindrops on the flower.Lighting
I saw that the light cast some nice shadows on the plants but lighted the rain-drops on the Rose and brightened up the Rose also, it was late morning after the rain, there was blue sky with some clouds which made nice lighting for a photograph.Equipment
Just my camera Lumix DMC-FZ70, f/2.8, ISO: 100, Shutter Speed: 10/16000, Focal Length: 358/100. No tripod, just a steady hand.Inspiration
I love taking photos of nature and especially the Beauty of Flowers and I find Roses exceptional in photographs and when I find a beautiful one I can't help but want to immortalize it in a Photograph for everyone to see it.Editing
I use Photoshop to already enhance whats in a Photograph. But with this Photograph I didn't need to do much to it as the light source was natural and it looked beautiful and I used what nature had given to provide a lovely photo of a Yellow Rose.In my camera bag
My camera has a-lot of features and filters actually inbuilt into it, so I don't need to much equipment, just a tripod for a greater shot.Feedback
Wait till after the rain when there are drops of rain on the flower, and the sky is partly cloudy but blue, the sun is out but because of the clouds there are shadows cast on the flowers. And great insight of what will look good in photography and arrange your camera that will take the best shot. I used a Macro which gives really good closeups and I could arrange the photograph and move to the right angle to take the photo, where the best light was.
