My work needed a face for the public to recognise. So this self-portrait offered a huge chance to relate to the public in a personal yet elegant manner.Editing
All processing required were achieved on a mobile device. I was attempting different methods of editing at the time. This particular one was an app called 'Fantasia Free'; adapting the colours, lighting, texture, and so forth. Afterwards, I also adjusted the outline of the face via 'Photoshop' too. Bringing the image out more in a professional and personal appeal. In my camera bag
So far I am a minimalist. All the equipment I use currently, are the camera itself, an average-distance lens and of course the charger and spare memory card for emergency's.Feedback
If you were to attempt to recapture an identical image or image of the same calibre then I would suggest doing lots of quick shots of yourself or other, using bright yet natural lighting, leave all the editing until the post-taking. Rely on colour, texture (softness) and contrast. The rest leaves room for you to make your personal touches.
