Russell Institute in Paisley, Scotland. Opened in 1927, the Institute was originally built as a children's welfare clinic & was used as a health centre up to 2011.
It is a Category A listed building. Currently unoccupied but there are plans to convert it into office space.Taken with old Sony Nightshot through infrared filter.
