1Cup of oil
10 leafs of cilantro
1-2 of goats meat, sheep, cow or chicken
2 and ½ cup of Basmati Rice
2 Spoons of Salt
¼ cup of coconut milk
1pc of tomato
1pc of carrot
1 spoon of curry powder
and any kind of salad with any kind of fruits you should use in your own way
COOKING
Cut onions, cilantro, green paper, smash the garlic as well make sure all its done and its ready to be mixed one by one
STEP 2
Pour oil in cooking saucepan, and start with onions till its brown, please before you put anything pour small or little water to make this onions dissolves the immediately put the meat and some half cup of water then cover it and let it till the water is dry then add garlic cook it for till its light brown add small water then add Cilantro and green paper with pilau Masala togather with salt as measured up there then cook it till its dark brown, add coconut milk, then add 4 and ½ cups of water to boil and cover till it boils then add rice in it , please take care so that doesn’t burn and don’t change it all the time put heat number 4 to boil on cooker till the water its sticky
open the oven put 200 temperature or degrees cover the rice with silver paper then put it in oven for 35min or 1hr
PREAPARE SALAT ON YOUR OWN STYLE THEN DON’T FORGET FRUITS IT’S SO IMPORTANT AFTER MEAL AND WATER FOR ME ITS WHAT I USE NOT JUICE IT DEPENDS
