first rappel into Alcatraz canyon, 165ft. This is literally at the beginning of the canyon, you back your car up to the edge of the cliff, and tie your rope to the car and rappel down. this canyon get really deep, dark and narrow, so narrow that you have to climb up above some of the skinny spots because it is to narrow down bellow. About half way through the canyon. I got my arm caught in the slot and fell into a dark and wet silo, I had to do the rest of the canyon with a splint on my arm. This was on of the best canyons I have ever done.
