I was exploring Old Delhi food joints when this golden fluid caught my eye. First I thought it was a new way to serve chilled coke, minus fizz, in this area. But having a word with the vendor, I learnt that this drink is 100% organic. The concoction is made from jaggery(gurh) & water with a dash of lemon & few Indian herbs which help in keeping the body cooler. And it is prepared only in Summers to combat the deadly Delhi heat. I added one more recipe to my food exploration list.
