Taken in late afternoon as the sun was shining through my back door into my dinning room.Lighting
Bero, my male German Shepherd came in from outside and sat next to me, I noticed the sunlight highlighting the side of his face. Luckily I had my camera with me to capture him perfectly.Equipment
This picture was shot with my Sony A55v, with a Sony 18-250 kit lens, no flash was used.Inspiration
Bero inspired me to take this photo and many more, he is a beautiful dog and made it easy to capture his true personality.Editing
I actually used a mobile app called snapseed, I Sharpened it, added a little contrast, also added detail to his face. I used the vignette to darken the areas around him.In my camera bag
I always carry my Sony A77ii, Tamron 16-300mm lens, Tamron 150-600mm, extra batteries, extra SD card, my back up camera Sony A55v, and my tripod.Feedback
I actually feel like I got lucky and Bero was in the right spot to capture this photo. I've been told that you have to have an eye to capture something so beautiful, but to be honest with you Bero makes it easy! I love taking pictures, but have so much to learn, I am far from being able to call myself a photographer.
