This is a close-up image of one of our favorite residents at our fishing camp at Kemano B.C... "Sam the Eagle" (named after sam the eagle from the muppet show)Time
We were just finished a late lunch when we found "Sam" flying in to raid our fish net just before 2pm, during low tide.Lighting
my pictures are usually about animals and landscaping.....so lighting usually isn't a concern....well, not with me anyway lolEquipment
I use a Pentax k-m (10megapixal) with no flash or tripod...just luck most of the timeInspiration
I was just going to check our net when sam started to fly towards me and the net....I have many more of him, but this is my favoriteEditing

take as many pictures as possible with the main subject in as many other spots on the screen as possible, and one will jump out as a favorite..... also get other people's opinion to find out what they prefer to see
