I found this couple having their lunch on the steps, within the grounds of Southwark Cathedral (next to a bustling Borough Market, on a Saturday afternoon). At the top of the steps there was a locked gate, which meant they could not be disturbed by passes by. I asked permission to take their picture as it seemed like such an evocative and atmospheric scene. I hope I captured this flavour.
