This is a special rice based dry Pancake from Bangladesh. It is made only during winter season and can be taken as it is or with very hot spices. It can be soaked in Molasses and Milk overnight to make them soft and eat as breakfast. A very popular "Pitha" in local language during winter season in Bangladesh.
