Here is a pic from my grandafter's rose bush. My grandpa liked this rose bush by this apartment so when he passed away we got a few roses from it. This bush has moved from house to house of my parents and I believe it is spiritual. It blumes on everyone's b-day, holiday or graduation, homecoming, etc no matter the weather. (Granded no one has a b-day in the winter... I keep thinking one of us need to marry in to a Jan-Feb b-day to really test it!) Really like this story!

Beautiful Rose, Like the write up reminds me of my own story..Many years ago my Mother gave me a Clematis Montana "Elizabeth" I planted it in the garden and it grew like wild fire trailed itself all along the wall trellis but never bloomed. The Christmas of 2011 it bloomed my mother had been ill since the September she passed away on new Years Day. and although this clematis is supposed to bloom from Late spring through to summer it only flowers in December:-)
