Location
This shot was taken at Pashupatinath temple premises from Nepal.Time
It was taken during cloudy afternoon.Lighting
Since the image was taken during cloudy day, the lighting is little bit flat.Equipment
This was shot on a canon 60D, with canon 18-200mm f/3.5 lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
I fell in love with the facial features and structure on his face which inspire me to take this shot. So i went near to ask to take a picture of him and he happily posed and i got my shot.Editing
I used adobe lightroom 6.0 for basic retouch and again enhanced in colorefx using plugins like pro contrast, detail extractor and darken lighten center. In my camera bag
Since I couldn't afford, I dont own expensive gear like other photographer does. I try to manage to take shots with minimum gear and cheap ones. I have canon 60D body, canon 18-200mm, canon 60mm f2.8 and canon 10-18mm lens and finally one canon 430 ex2 speedlight.Feedback
My suggestion would be if you want a good shot of people, you need to start to interact with them, get close to them and try different angles. Also to enhance, learn color-efex by Google Nik Collection where i bring the details for most of my shot.
