I took this photo at the Atlantis Aquarium on Long Island, NY.

Time

It was during the mid-afternoon.

Lighting

I used a regular flash and a 75mm lens.

Equipment

I used a Canon 70d with 75mm lens.

Inspiration

I love things that are black and white. I found this butterfly the perfect combination of both.

Editing

No I did not post process the photo. It is the original.

In my camera bag

I am. Beginner so I just carry my camara and my two lenses.

Feedback

Be patient. Birds and insects move fast. Using a faster shutter speed should help capture them in motion.
