Good shot, if you wanted to make a high contrast photo. I recommend you to focus at one thing, it's beautiful, but it's also too much information. Maybe you can crop this photo and make a new framing on the guy in the Tandem bicycle and it's shadow and one or two of his friends. It would be like a new photo but much more precise on the message =).
