Eiffel Tower does not need any more description than one can find through a simple google search. Yet, I can help but wonder at its iconic status. It was meant to be a temporary structure and I had to see why or how it was still standing so proudly. As i saw it from far away towards my walk thee, I got my answer right away. It was a crisp November afternoon, and the tower was surrounded by scaffolding for its annual maintenance. That did not stop tourists, including me, from walking around it to capture its various forms and angels. It is indeed a wonder. Did you know that the Statue of Liberty (gifted to USA by France) is designed by the same person, and therefore, has the same skeleton as the Eiffel Tower inside the casting?
