Our Lady of Light Parish Church

It is nice to share this picture of the Church where i grow up, where i baptized, communion, got married, and baptized my daughter and husband. This is the Our Lady of Light Parish Church in my town in Loon, Bohol Philippines. it is under spanish colonial era. it was build using stone bricks and they used egg yolk during the spanish era before. it was 400 years old and this is the biggest church in the province of Bohol Philippines which composed of 47 towns. But this Church well remained forever in our heart and memory. This Church was destroyed and rubbled last October 15, 2013 after the 7.2 Magnitude Earthquake that hit in my town and become isolated due to 2 bridges destroyed and no land transportation can make it. 8 churches in Bohol was destroyed.
