Behind The Lens

Location

New York City

Time

Around 10pm

Lighting

All the lighting was already part of the skyline or from the moon.

Equipment

Canon t3i with a stock lens (it's what I had at the time).

Inspiration

My love for New York City. I was on the balcony of my apartment in Long Island City

Editing

Very little. Just a slight exposure adjustment.

In my camera bag

I work with Canon equipment. My favorite lens is the 50mm 1.4. I also have a 70-200mm 4.0 around for distance shots and landscapes. Planning on getting a 35mm soon!

Feedback

Always pay attention to your surroundings. I just happened to look out the window that night and see how pretty the moon was and how clear the skyline was. You never know when extraordinary moments will present themselves!
